About the Cover

Cover Figure

Cover The image shows the tertiary structure of ddh (diaminopimelate dehydrogenase) of Corynebacterium glutamicum (PDB accession no. 1F06), in which yellow highlights represent the amino acid sites that are estimated to have a putative hydrophobic interaction responsible for the protein thermostability in C. efficiens as determined by comparative genomics study of Corynebacteria species. (For details, see Nishio et al., pp. 1572-1579.)
